Return & Refund Policy

 

At Neevah Fashions, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

⚠️ No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Reason for return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.


3. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us

  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (if applicable) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


7. International Orders

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders

  • Customs duties and shipping charges are non-refundable


8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately

Failure to do so may result in the return request being rejected.
